But I’m chasing the access it affords you. WE all know that money, or anything can’t provide you with happiness, that can only be found within … However. Money DOES afford access! I like being able to purchase whatever I want. I like being able to afford things/services I define as luxury, without having to rob Peter to pay Paul. I used to, and sometime still am, be frugal with myself. With the things I wanted, but as I get older, I find that I’m willing to Pay for those things which makes my life easier. So I don’t always have the time to cook for work, so I outsource that task, when needed. I’m in the process of outsourcing my laundry services, because its just too hot to physically do laundry … and I don’t want to.

My Coworker bestie sent this to me yesterday to describe who I am and surprisingly she is spot on! I promise you guys, I be having financial goals, but I see a sale and its a wrap. Lately I’ve been window shopping, I haven’t purchased a thing but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to buy up the whole collection. For the past two months I was just purchasing shit left and right, I can’t even remember the last time I checked my bank account. I was like I KNOW I have money in the bank so why not just spend it … ALL.

Thankfully, I did not hit rock bottom but I know if I would have continued with those horrible habits I would have. As much ‘fun’ as it is to just spend all my damn money, once the realization hits, and reality starts to set in, it wasn’t as fun as I thought.

Revamper

I know it takes money to make money but once you invest money in something you are making the decision to be all the way official with it. My website desperately needs to be turned into an official website. I am super proud of myself, for my content but the general look of Tristanjonez.com needs to be revamped. When I do come to the site, to read what I’ve written, I get a lil bummed out by the look of it.

I wonder if my readers feel the same as I do when I visit my site, if so I need to put the money into my site. February was my happiest month on record, and I want to believe that maintain Tristanjonez.com had much to do with that. So its only right that I treat her as good as she’s treated me.

I am making it my business to get my act together, personally and professionally. Let’s focus on professionally though.
